The Chamberlain trial and appeals
There was unjust of this case. Firstly, ignorance and prejudice about the Seventh Day Adventists would run ahead of the evidence. Secondly, there was no effectively communication to a jury in a criminal trial. finally, thsere was public disbelief from the media. I think that this case was against the laws such as freedom from bias, equality before the law, presumption of innocence and the right of appeal. We should also take account in considering whether the evidence establishes.
